Bucks Country Homecare are looking for Community Care Workers to join their friendly, professional team. Shifts are 07.00-14.00 and 16.00-22.00, and Community Carers are expected to work alternate weekends. There is some flexibility for the right candidate!
Main Job Responsibilities –
* Administering medication
* Assisting with personal and continence care
* Providing companionship and support
* Daily record-keeping
* Encouraging and enabling independence
* Assisting with day-to-day tasks around the home
* Preparing meals
